Learn to program the 2007 Nissan Pathfinder’s keyless entry remote:
Programming Instructions:
Sit in the driver’s seat and then close all of the doors. Push the “Lock” button twice on the driver’s side door panel. Insert the key straight into the ignition, and then remove it six times within 10 seconds. Do not turn it each time.
Insert the key again. Turn it to “Acc.” Push the “lock” and “unlock” buttons at the same time on the remote. Remove the key from the dash ignition. Push the “Unlock” button on the door. The remote is programmed. Test it. If it doesn’t work, repeat the programming process, paying careful attention to the speed at which you push the buttons and insert then remove the key.

There is no lock button on the drivers door. The lock button is on the centre console.

Hey there ‘dfgfdgdsgsdg’ not sure what you mean? Perhaps a different model year has the lock button on the centre console? but not the 2007 model. I even went and found a picture for you – check it out http://media.ed.edmunds-media.com/pictures/VEHICLE/2007/Nissan/2007.nissan.pathfinder.20101637-E.jpg

Ah ok it must be different where you are. In the UK model (right-hand-drive) it’s a different layout completely and the lock buttons are in the centre console, not the door. Hopefully the same method will work though, I’ll try it later
The Remote Guy says
Did you have any luck? David (the comment below) sounds like he is having trouble and am curious if RHD have a different method. I have done some digging but havn’t yet found anything specific to RHD models.
DAVID says
I’m in Australia also with RHD. Button is also on console. Your technique doesn’t work. Nissan want $150 to use a “computer” to do the job. Probably the RHD models have this built in in order to screw the customers here and in U.K. Don’t suppose you know a way around this?
The Remote Guy says
Hey David, I am looking for anything I can find on RHD models, but am not having any luck yet. Will post back if/when I find anything. I asked the commentor above if they had success or not with the technique. Before saying it doesn’t work, double cheque the batteries in the remote. Or – were you even able to get the pathfinder into program mode? ie. the hazards flashed?
DAVID says
I can only see 4 comments in this thread (this is the 5th).
On reflection I think that maybe all late model Pathfinders can’t be reset in the old way. Wonder why not.
Any explanation anyone?
The Remote Guy says
Hey David, think it may be the center console design of the RHD models more than anything. As I said in other reply, will see if I can learn anything and post back
David says
Hi TRG
Took the car to Nissan today. Their diagnosis (cost $132) was a fault in the ignition barrel needing replacement of barrel and new keys. Cost $1300 or $1700 if mechanical barrel on passengers door is also replaced so two keys dont need to be carried at all times. Checked with auto-electrician who thought it was ridiculous and will check the car for me
Will keep you posted.

i also have a central door lock button. was not able to use this procedure and was not able to even get to the programming mode (hazzard lights flashing). any thoughts ? (it is probably a european model pathfinder 2007).
The Remote Guy says
Hi Ronen, again, sorry, havn’t been able to find anything out about this model – please post back if you learn anything, seems like others are in the same spot.
